LDQ-6 Starter Durability Testing Bench is a control panel for starter durability testing, computer controlled with full automation. The testing bench use hydraulic brake to simulate load, capable of carrying out no-load durability test, loaded durability test, braking durability test and surmounting performance test for starter.

 

 

Main Function:

 

◆The course of test is computer controlled with full automation, the device will automatically shutdown and send alarm signal in case of any abnormal or failure; it is monitored by a computer in real time without tester supervision.
◆The device can test two starters of different power capacity and rated voltage simultaneously, with courses tested alternatively; the time for testing period can be pre-set and computer controlled with full automation.
◆During the course of starter testing, the data can be displayed in digital  curve, curve display capable of better reflecting starter performance changes in testing course to facilitating researchers to analyze starter problem to find a solution.
◆The device monitors the abnormality of the starter in testing, including abnormal meshing (continuous apical tooth or milled tooth), switches adhesion, over current and so on. If any abnormality is detected, the device will automatically stop testing and send alarm signal to facilitate researchers to analyze the problem in time.
◆Possess apical tooth or milled tooth counting function.
